You accept terms explicitly on AgBid, and the version you accepted is recorded: the pool terms once, when you set up your farm or your account, and the purchase terms each time money moves. They are all readable here, before you commit and afterwards, and each one links to the exact version in force.
You are the seller of the hay. You stand behind how it is described, that the lab report is real and from this lot, that the lot loaded is the lot documented, and that it is delivered as booked. You may withdraw a listing while no buyer has been charged; after the cutoff, withdrawal goes through AgBid. AgBid runs the platform, the ledger and the freight; it is not the seller.
Hay is an agricultural product, not a manufactured one. You decide what to feed and your vet decides what is safe. You inspect what arrives, you are responsible for access at your address and for the hay once it is off the truck, and you understand you authorize a maximum and are charged the real, lower figure.
You authorize a one-time charge of up to your stated maximum, made only if this pool confirms. No money moves while the pool fills, this is not an escrow, and if the truck does not fill you are never charged.
