A delivery stop qualifies for the route at 3 bundles: 72 bales, 4,320 lb, $504.00 of hay. One barn can take that alone, or neighbors share the stop until it adds up. There is no minimum purchase.
One stop of 8+ bundles must exist before smaller stops confirm.
The truck rolls at 22 of 24 bundles, with every stop at its minimum.
Cutoff Thursday, Aug 20, 4 PM, four days before the truck leaves. That is the last moment this pool takes a commitment: after it the grower books the carrier against the weight already in. If the bar is never reached, every commitment is released the same hour and you are never charged for a truck that does not roll.
