Stripe-backed payment protection

Every payment goes through Stripe — the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Shopify, and Lyft. Your card details never touch AgBid's servers. If something goes wrong with a delivery, the standard credit-card protections you already know apply.

Vetted logistics partners

Every load is matched with one of our vetted, insured carrier partners. AgBid coordinates pickup and delivery so neither buyer nor supplier has to chase trucks. We track every step from yard to barn.

Supplier review process

Suppliers complete a profile — company, address, license number — that we review before they can bid. Ongoing standing is driven by rancher reviews after every transaction. Suppliers who underperform lose access.

Lab testing & mediated disputes

Upload an independent lab report on any delivery. If the results don't match the specs the supplier promised, file a claim — our resolution team reviews the evidence and works with both parties to make it right, including issuing refunds where appropriate. We stand between you and bad transactions.
